Today's deposit of ease comes in the midst of Scorpio season, Mercury retrograde (as well as Saturn and others) and in time for the super full moon. i adore this time of year as far as inner transformation goes, but witnessing recent world events and a hurricane wreak life-altering damage on the island of my ancestors and loved ones has shown a literal transformation of a place, landscape and history. a reminder to not rush through what you're moving through, to acknowledge the heaviness and trust that lightness will arrive. wherever you are and however this letter meets you, please take this invitation as a space to be and move with ease.

3-5 minute activity. Find a quiet space in your environment or wherever your body is, bring along something to write or draw with.
imagine today is the day, while the moon is at its fullest, that you accept that love is the only option. That you present only this to yourself as you lay out your plans and roadmap. There is no other way. There is only new soil, damp and fertile after the harvest has been collected. Here, you have the quiet and stillness of this new ripe fresh start. If you feel able, close your eyes and breathe deeply into the quiet. Inhaling and exhaling slowly, only focusing on the breath through your nostrils and your body filling up and releasing this mantra: love is the only option. Try to devote some moments to this quiet space.
In this contained quiet space, open your eyes and write or draw the images that come forward. Is there a word or symbol that comes mind? Note it down in the centre of the page and envision roots sprouting beneath. If you receive more, note down what the roots need to be sturdy and supported.
